Refund policy
At Angieandallie, we work hard to only offer products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us. Contact us at angie@angieandallie.com if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will work to make it right. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred for return or exchange products.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can work with you to set up an exchange, resizing or in some cases, remake. If exchanging due to size, item must be in new, re-sellable condition. A extra shipping fee may be invoiced once the item need to ship to your address.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once your item is returned, we will issue a refund for the cost of that item, expect from the shipping fee you paid for this order. The refund will be issued onto the payment method used for the order as soon as we process the return.
Please note, our credit card processor will only allow us to submit refunds for purchases made within 30 days. If you are returning an item purchased outside of that timeframe, we cannot process the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some of our personalized products (engraved collars, tags, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned evenly because of the way it has been personalized. Therefore, we like to set up exchanges and returns on a case by case basis so that we can give you the best option for your situation. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return or Exchange Request
To start a return, you can contact us at angie@angieandallie.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our Toronto, Canada warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
