Processing Time

Many of our products are made especially for you. Processing times vary depending on the product type and customization options:

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Personalized products are made to order and typically require 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Hardware colors other than Brass are also made to order and typically require 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Products

For in-stock items, orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, additional production time may be required. These items typically take 5–7 business days to prepare before shipment.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped after production is complete.
